Can I order samples?	Samples can be purchased. Samples are over runs of previous orders but we always try to include snips of the colors that will work for your event. Unfortunately we aren't able to customize gift cards for sample orders but cards from previous orders are included. You can order by calling us or visiting our website. Please note that sample orders sometimes have to wait until we have an overrun to ship.

What kind of flowers seeds do you offer?	Our wild flower seeds are a partial shade wild flower mix which contains popular blooms that you would recognize. We also offer Gerbera Daisy seeds, Daisy seeds, Lavender seeds and a few more popular types. It is possible to provide you with another seed that you desire, there may be an additional fee.
How do I take care of these flower seeds?	Instructions for planting and care accompany the favor items.
How should I personalize my favors?	Generally the bride and groom names with their wedding date. On the opposite side there is room for a personal saying. Do you have colors other than those shown on the colors page?	The colors shown on this site are the most popular colors but we can use other colors, let us know what you'd like.
Do you offer any other products?	We are always looking for new ideas, if you'd like us to develop something unique for you just let us know. How quickly can I get my order?	It really depends on the order. Iif you are in a time crunch, just inform us of your needs.
Do I have to order an item as it is shown?	Not necessarily, we can customize almost anything.
Can you send me a catalog?	Because we are adding new products monthly, we do not have a printed catalog but we are however working on a e-catalog that you can download to your PC to enable offline viewing/printing of our products. The catalog will be updated as new products are added but you could always subscribe to our newsletter to get product updates.

How do you ship?	It really depends on how we can get it to you quickest and most cost effectively. We use UPS, FED EX and US Mail.
What is your cancellation/return policy?	There are no cancellations on special orders (items created to your own personal taste in color selection and personalized items), refusal of a shipment is not considered a cancellation. Items possibly used for food storage cannot be returned. There are no returns on clearance items. Authorization must be obtained from Chic Wedding Essentials on any return. Any return without prior authorization will be refused. Restocking fees apply. Order errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the product. Administration fees will apply to shipped or 'in production' cancelled orders.
How do I add crystals on my monogram order?	If you would like to add crystals, after you place your order for the unembellished monogram, a layout will be emailed for you to diagram your crystals which you would fax back (instructions come with your layout). We offer two sizes, small (approximately 3mm) or large (approximately 5mm), and a variety of colors. The colors are crystal, light amethyst, aquamarine, light rose, peridot, light colorado (bronze color), smokey quartz (dark bronze/brown), light topaz (golden) and jonquil (light yellow). If there is a color you would like that is not mentioned, please inquire and we'll do our best to investigate it. You are welcome to mix up to 3 colors stones. We also offer crystals flowers in either a silver or gold tone setting (crystal color is clear). They are large and quite dimensional so one adds quite an impact.
